Reporting a problem with a tool

To help us fix it quickly, please include:

• the name or address of the tool page,
• your browser and device (for example Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone),
• what you did, what you expected and what happened instead,
• any error message shown on the page.

Please do not email us confidential files. Most tools run in your browser, so we cannot see the files you used, and we do not need them to investigate. If a problem only happens with one file, describe it (type, size, number of pages) instead.
