Focus and break intervals
The Pomodoro Technique uses focused work intervals followed by short breaks, with a longer break after several completed sessions. This timer starts with a 25-minute focus session, a 5-minute short break and a 15-minute long break after four focus sessions. Change each interval to suit your task.
The timer measures remaining time from your device clock, so it catches up when the browser can run again after a busy background tab. Sounds and notifications still depend on browser permissions and a device that is awake.
Your local sessions and tasks
Settings, task reminders and today’s completed focus count stay in this browser on this device. They are not sent to a server. The completed count starts over on the next local day.
